How do I go about marketing a new salsa made from a family recipe?
I need to know details such as packaging and labeling, food licence if needed, and pattening and all other legal ins and outs of marketing a food product. Hopefully someone knows of a website that is dedicated to auntrepaneurship.

After you get your product created, packaged and labeled, you should create a website where you can promote it.
I would actually start with a blog, which is easier to set up and update, where you talk about your salsa: how you came up with the recipe, what people are saying about it, how to use it, etc.
Get pictures of people, enjoying your salsa, and post them to the blog as well: this will give you social proof, which these days is very important.
And to promote your blog/site, learn here:
