How can I pitch a marketing idea to a company without getting screwed?
I have ideas for several companies and I want to pitch it to them, but I don’t know how to go about it. I have no experience in marketing and I want to know how to approach it without loosing any credit for my idea. Any ideas?

what is the average salary I should request as an Internet Marketing Associate in India?
I’m from Malaysia but I’m keen to work overseas as I believe the wages in other countries are much higher than in my own country. What is the average wages in India for an Internet-related position such as Internet Marketing Associate?

A lot of the companies in America “outsource” to India because the pay is much lower than here in the “States”. There is an old saying that you get what ever the traffic will bear. IOW ask high and negotiate from there. If possible read the “Help Wanted” for India in your line of work. They may mention income, I don’t know much about India but I can always tell when I am speaking to some one there because of the accent. Assume that you can speak and understand good English.
