What do Sales and Marketing Staff do?
Well Sales and Marketing and two separate disciplines. Marketing is focused more on enhancing the visibility of the product/service/organization where as sales is more concerned about selling the services/product of the organization.

At the marketing level, you provide visibility and identify the new markets/customers/organizations and hand these markets/customers/organizations to the sales team. The sales team now contact them, check for the requirement, presents the quotation and get the contract.

I live in cebu and I’m planning to apply as a Sales and Marketing Staff.
If you are good in interacting with people and influencing them, you will do great.
