How can I pitch a marketing idea to a company without getting screwed?

I have ideas for several companies and I want to pitch it to them, but I don’t know how to go about it. I have no experience in marketing and I want to know how to approach it without loosing any credit for my idea. Any ideas? Read the story »

What’s the best email marketing software available?

If you’re a legitimate email marketer, i.e., not a spammer, then Responsys would be a good choice. Their software allows for customization and personalization of the emails you send out. It also keeps track of how many people opened the email, clicked on links within the email, if they prefer text vs. html, etc.

I use KMT Software’s High Impact Email 3.0 Professional. I use it all of the time. It’s very easy to use. I can use it in conjunction with ACT and Outlook. I’ve even created HTML emails as my standard Outlook stationary.

I prefer Autoresponse Plus. It’s a script.

It’s $197 installed.
It’s loaded.
