How can I pitch a marketing idea to a company without getting screwed?
I have ideas for several companies and I want to pitch it to them, but I don’t know how to go about it. I have no experience in marketing and I want to know how to approach it without loosing any credit for my idea. Any ideas?

What is the best legal email blast marketing web site?
I am a real estate agent and want to market via internet without being labeled as SPAM. I want to send my ads out in large blasts.

Basically, if you are sending out email blasts to people with whom you have no previous dealings it will be spam.
You may consider doing a direct mail flyer campaign or marketing through a few other means (website, joint development, etc.).
