Does anyone know if Carbon Copy Pro and/or Spider Web Marketing system are scams or not?

I am trying to earn money on the side from home and want to know if these two are scams or good. And if they are scams does anyone know of any work from home opportunities that are not scams and can earn you lots of cash?

It depends on what your definition of “scam” is. The spider web marketing system is a new name to an old multi level marketing scheme. The real product or system or scheme behind spider web marketing is called Global Domains International (GDI). Basically what happened was a couple of guys talk to the government of Western Samoa and offered them a deal for the .ws domain ending where the country gets a percentage of every .ws domain name sold. In 2003 they created an MLM/pyramid scheme that would bring in thousands of people with the dream of making tons of cash doing almost nothing in a short period of time.
It costs $10/month and you get your own website ie: and web hosting. $10/month for ONE small website is a huge rip off. I pay less than that at hostgator.com and I can have as many websites as I want all for $8/month total, not each. To make money with the system you have to recruit people to sign up under your affiliate name and get them to spend the same $10/month. For every person you recruit you get paid $1. So if you recruit 10 people, you are no longer paying in to this system as long as the 10 you recruited continue to pay into the system. You also get paid 5 levels down, meaning for every person below you(up to 5 levels down) in the pyramid you will receive $1 every month from them.
You can read all over the internet that this is a legal business or it is a scam. Basically the people saying it is legal are the people who want your money and the people who say it is a scam are the people who lost money in it or understand basic mathematics. I’ll explain.
The ONLY way this system(and spider web marketing) work is if you can continue to recruit more people beneath you so you can get a commission on bringing them into the pyramid. The problem is there is a somewhat limited number of people on the planet, so when the very last person in the world is recruited, they have no way of making money because they cannot recruit anyone. They will then stop paying into the system and a snowball effect of people falling out of the system will happen because they will stop making money.

I have recently started a blog documentary/tutorial that follows my journey to making money on the internet. If you want some other possible ways to make money from home go to

The spider web marketing system is actually based on the principles that get rid of the pitfalls of traditional multi-level marketing, where other systems fail. This is basically an integral building block of spider web marketing system, yet only few people truly understand it’s purpose and meaning, it is doing something for you that no other system will do like using a complex system of Internet advertising strategies to advertise you and your business to thousands of interested entrepreneurs.
