Does anybody have any ideas on how to develop a marketing campaign for beef flavored doggy treats?

Who would be your audience, how will the product be packaged, and how will u let the public know about the product. Can u describe a commercial or a magazine ad? Any creative ideas???
This is for a school project. Our target is women. It has to be for beef flavored doggie treats. Any suggestions on the look of the bag or a good slogan or even anything else?

You are going have a hard time breaking into the market because there are numerous other companies that make beef flavored treats. Create or find something unique about your product. For example, if it’s organic, then make that your unique selling attribute.

Know who your target market will be. Do they like spending alot of money on their dogs? Or are your treats going to be low cost items?

If your product is going to be similar to name brand products you could sell your treats in similar packages and charge less then your competitors. Make the look similar, but not the same. Be careful not to be to similar becuase you will run into copyright issues and the like.

Create a integrated marketing communications plan. If you don’t know how to make one check the link below. I will be adding a blog post on how to make one soon.

I wont describe any ads right now because you have to figure out your target market and market niche first.
