How can I pitch a marketing idea to a company without getting screwed?
I have ideas for several companies and I want to pitch it to them, but I don’t know how to go about it. I have no experience in marketing and I want to know how to approach it without loosing any credit for my idea. Any ideas?

How would you describe the impact of e-business on the global legal environment?
I am trying to figure out if e-business has caused any major changes in the global legal environment.

I would say that it has forced the legal environment to be more adaptive to global market needs. Legal provisions have on the whole had shortfalls as they have been developed for local or regional application.
