Norton Internet Protection Suite keeps telling me my spyware definitions are out of date, even after I update?

I use the LiveUpdate daily and have an active, paid subscription. Still, the out of the date warning pops up. Is there a setting I need to press to get it to acknowledge?

Get rid of Norton and get something better like Kaspersky or NOD32.

I had this problem a long time ago and they told me to type something in start run to get my updates but I can’t remember what it was. You ae going to have to contact Symantec I believe you can do that on your program.

My company use Norton and Symantec so I personally experiences all the problems with live update.

Faulty live update can also corrupted the virus signature files and disabled the anti-virus.

In the worst case, Norton Live update are responsible for BSOD ( Blue Screen Of Death ) for millions of PC in China

You need to re-install Norton.

or get something better like Avast.
Avast Home Edition version 4.8 ( FREE for personal use )
