I have ideas for several companies and I want to pitch it to them, but I don’t know how to go about it. I have no experience in marketing and I want to know how to approach it without loosing any credit for my idea. Any ideas?

Is Pro Marketing Group/Universal Marketing Solutions a scam?
I went on an interview at this marketing firm that seemed really fishy, first of all it was in a tiny suit in a building on a side street by penn station, secondly nobody really seemed to know about headquarters when I asked. The weird thing about the interview was that the guy seemed to not like that I was asking questions. He didn’t ask me if I had any questions and he sounded like he had memorized what he was saying. The reception woman seemed really nice though and made me want to work there
anyway, they want me to come in for a full business day for a second interview and don’t wanna waste time cuz that seems weird and this doesn’t seem legit.
here’s their website, let me know if you’ve heard of them:

They are a scam. They hire 100% of all people who apply. You will be given a job without a salary and will never be paid any money. You have to sell complete sets of windows to homeowners. Or you will be selling $3,000 water-purifiers to homeowners. You go door-to-door trying to set up appointments for their more-experienced salespeople. You only get paid if someone buys a $7,000 “package” of dual-pane windows that they could buy from a contractor for $3,500.
