Go to and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor.
SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.

You could start by selling things you already own, but no longer use on Ebay…….
…..this would provide you with a sum to continue.

It really depends what your specifically looking for…are you looking to start your own business selling your own products or are you looking to sign up with an existing online business to earn some money online?
There are many, many avenues to make money online via affiliate marketing, home based online businesses, and many more.
Check out my profile and look at my lens and blog for more information on both.
Good luck in your search.

The best thing to do is LEARN HOW to market online effectively FIRST, once you’ve learned that the sky’s the limit.

Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate are going to have a start up cost because they are business opportunities.
Small home businesses do have costs involved, less then $100 to start is not a reasonable business because over time it will gather alot of dead wood, which means people stop getting paid. It is like having employees that don’t work. So you should look to pay $300, $500 for a legit business opportunity. The real ones will have a small monthly overhead as well (just as you would if you had a brick & mortar business but not as much. And everything should be included from your web sites to training and team support to back office accounting and booking. It’s ok to pay this overhead because it’s a business, they cost money.
Fortune Hi Tech Marketing is a nationally known and reputable home business which is what you need to make a residual income to retire. Depending on how many hours you put into your business will reflect how much you make. And your income will increase each month because we get paid residual income off the products we are using such as your cellphone and watching TV. This is an awesome opportunity and I am sharing it with everyone that will listen.
The best part is they have direct deposit, RX benefits package and a company car. In addition, there are no products, no hard selling or pushing, no cold calling, no home parties and no telemarketing! That was VERY important to me.
The neat thing is there are other people on your team that you work with so you are never alone. You have great team support and you get to know the other people on your team pretty well. The support is great and I have made wonderful friends as well. I think that’s important too, especially being at home!
Fortune Hi Tech is all for the representatives to not only help us make money but to save us money on the way. They have a rewards mall where you can shop at all your favorite stores like Staples, JC pennys, Sears, Barnes & Noble and on, and on the list goes – you shop at a discount and make money off your purchases. This is awesome!!
I finally feel a sense of security financially that our family has never had before. That plus LOVING what you do? What could be better?

It all depends on how much you have to start up. For example, if you start up through my company, you have 4 different levels you can start at depending on your budget, the cheapest of the levels being $95 which includes your website and your resale rights (of course this means that you make more or less money depending on your level). Be advised that you should not start any business without a plan of action which includes a budget (which would include not only your start up but also your advertising, the most crucial aspect of any business).
