Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate are going to have a start up cost because they are business opportunities.

Small home businesses do have costs involved, less then $100 to start is not a reasonable business because over time it will gather alot of dead wood, which means people stop getting paid. It all depends on how much you have to start up. For example, if you start up through my company, you have 4 different levels you can start at depending on your budget, the cheapest of the levels being $95 which includes your website and your resale rights (of course this means that you make more or less money depending on your level).
