How can I pitch a marketing idea to a company without getting screwed?
I have ideas for several companies and I want to pitch it to them, but I don’t know how to go about it. I have no experience in marketing and I want to know how to approach it without loosing any credit for my idea. Any ideas?

What are some legal issues a company may face when conducting e-business and what are some possible solutions to those issues.
Also, what are some issues that may arise in the company’s international business and what conflicts of law pertain to those issues. What law would apply to these situations? What court will decide these issues?

Wouldn’t it be better for you if you got a lawyer? You are going to get some not so intelligent people answering this question and they may guide you in the wrong direction.
