What is chance to get accepted at a Top MBA school?

OK.

I am currently a senior Chemical Engineering major at San Jose State University.
My GPA is 3.3 and I had an internship at Exxon Mobil last summer, and I am planning to work in oil industry for 2 years and then apply to a Top MBA school. (preferably Harvard)

I never taken any business classes in college.

San Jose State is not an elite school, and I have an okay GPA. If I scored decent in GMAT, would I have a good chance to get accepted at a Top MBA school?

Yes, you have a good chance. You don’t need business classes. You get them in the MBA program. San Jose is a good school. Harvard is very hard to get into simply because they have tons of qualified applicants. But there are many other excellent schools. Before you consider which MBA program is for you, consult the Official MBA Guide, a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, etc), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria. It’s the best service available at.
